Here are the examples of studies performed in our SAMMI facility and its images data (unpublished) are shown below

Cardiac MRI: CINE-MRI Image of rat heart with cardiac gating.
Anatomical MRI: Brain, eye, images of pets such as parakeet, ferret and chinchilla.
Tumor MRI: Breast tumor and its metastasis in the lungs of mice.
3D Angiographic MR images of rat after injection of GdDTPA and corresponding axial image of rat with tumors (H441 and PC3) on the flanks.
T2 weighted fast spin echo image of mice thymus (yellow) to study thymus involution in mice.
MEMRI: T1 weighted MRI images of mice brain after manganese injection. MEMRI images (Manganese enhanced MRI) images (T1 maps) of mice treated with saline, manganese in drinking water and systemic injection of manganese.
Functional MRI: Functional MRI images of rat brain in acute cocaine treated and in locomotor sensitized cocaine animals. Functional Connectivity MRI: Functional connectivity single slice MRI image of rat brain, image shows connectivity before administration of cocaine and after. ( Colored images are correlation maps, with correlation threshold set to 0.4). (unpublished data)
